| Okay, I've decided to make a list of programs that when I'm either on a job or even with my own computer that I never go without. All these programs are free and highly recommended to have on your computer to keep it running smoothly and in tip top shape. So, try them if you're feeling bold and you can also ask me how to run these programs or even what they're for. I hope you find them helpful! AVG Free Edition - Ultimate antivirus protection for an ultimate price, free. AVG Free 8.0 - For Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 + Update Pack 1, Windows XP, Windows Vista AVG Free Edition 7.5 - For Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 without Update Pack 1 and Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0 Cleanup! - A better program than Windows default cleanup program Cleanup! - For Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0, 2000, XP, Vista IOBit SmartDefrag - A much better defrag tool that Windows standard, not to mention you can schedule defrags anytime you want them. IOBit SmartDefrag - For Windows 2000, XP, Vista. Much recommended for Windows Vista. Windows 95, 98, Me? I had issues when trying to run on Windows 98. Ad-Aware - Almost like a virus, adware can collect on your computer using up valuable disk space, use this program to combat it! Ad-Aware 2008 - For Windows XP, Vista. Windows 95, 98, Me, 2000? I haven't tried this particular version out yet. Ad-Aware 2007 - Use this on an older OS if Ad-Aware doesn't run or install This is my program list for now. I might add tools later on when I think of them. Hope you find these useful and if you need help using them, installing them, or what they are, create a new thread in this forum and I'll be able to help out. ^_^ _________________ Tommy, aka BrianComputer/Network Tech Specialist CompTia A+ ProfessionalMy Friends: PokemonTrainerLisa, Nekusagi, Pokeyug, Shane, Trainer Rachel, offkilter06, Kazuya, Geoffrey, szlemm, Abandon_Silence, Shiranui, iEatPikachuForLunch, Aipom Fan, darkblade09, JacobGRocks |

| Ah yes, thanks for posting that. I should probably do a list of browsers too. I made this list at around 2 in the morning so I think I did a good job for that time. lol _________________ Tommy, aka BrianComputer/Network Tech Specialist CompTia A+ ProfessionalMy Friends: PokemonTrainerLisa, Nekusagi, Pokeyug, Shane, Trainer Rachel, offkilter06, Kazuya, Geoffrey, szlemm, Abandon_Silence, Shiranui, iEatPikachuForLunch, Aipom Fan, darkblade09, JacobGRocks |
