The point of this thread is to have battles of course! This sould be even better if it could double as a competitive League. If you want to battle someone, either PM them, or give a shout on this thread. As for the league, list your name, fc, and rules. State Fairs

Anybody have a state fair coming up? The Minnesota State Fair begins tomorrow.

I've always enjoyed the fair. All the rides and food... It's a great way to finish off an otherwise miserable, hot summer.

It's also where I learned about "Pokemon" for the first time in 1998; there were little fliers for the show at the booth of the station that would show it (UPN at that time). It got me psyched for the beginning.

Worst Voice Acting Ever

I thought maybe we could discuss the worst voice acting you've ever heard besides PUSA's dub of Pokemon. The worst voice acting I've ever heard came from a game for the Turbografx16 called Last Alert. The game is dubbed so horribly, that's it's just plain funny. It's almost as if there was no voice director at all, as the actors constantly slip up on the scripts or sound very unenthusiastic. Also, check out Audio Atrocities. Since Tommy isn't very good with working on consoles, I figured I'd make a thread about that stuff.

Mainly, I'm familiar with the following:

Gameboy Advance (SP)
Nintendo DS Lite
Nintendo Wii
Nintendo GameCube
Playstation (2)

Other consoles like the Xbox I'm a little shaky on so I'll let other people help you out.

The old voice actors should come back because the new ones just don't sound right. I can't stand any of the new Pokemon episodes especially when I compare them to the originals. Because of this I only watch Pokemon when it's one of the original episodes.
